Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed upon with the customer.

Exchanges
